"DOUBLE EDGED WEAPON"
And there was a day that definitely changed his whole life to Facebook . It was no quiet and comfortable life he had with Tatiana , a young provincial with wearing several years of marriage . From a childhood friend had forced him to open a Facebook account with the idea of placing school friends and organize integration , the site had become an obsession and a perfect accomplice to relive past loves , meet women from other cities and even for dates with work colleagues and friends of his wife.
It started as a game. Phrases , words and people returning to hit on her life, her new life. The other , the boring , everyday , was left behind , while everyone was asleep in their beds. However, there was an event , an event that caused ... an absence. Unable to find his first love. " If everyone is on Facebook and she did not , something bad must have happened," thought heat overnight .
He searched and asked the others if they knew anything of it , but nobody knew anything. They had all lost track since college. Then he thought that something terrible must have happened to not be in the social network where everyone was. He sought news in newspapers, in libraries virtual , put his name on Google and Twitter to see if anything appeared , however , the search was in vain. She is not anywhere.
He thought the yellow pages search , maybe some phone was in his name. That too was useless. Then it occurred . Inserted in the social network search the name of the sister of his old love . Your profile appeared instantly . Then looked at the list of friends of his sister , photo by photo, until he found.
You could only see his silhouette and apparently had changed his name , but he was sure it was her. Had finally found!
" What are you doing up at this hour ? " His wife surprised him . "Eh ... ending things in the office, I almost " . "I know that something important happens to you. I felt your absence in bed these last days, " Tatiana said so tender . "Importantly, " the phrase echoed in his head several hours after his wife was able to go to sleep again.
How important could be the woman who mocked his childish ideas of being together for life and after high school had ended for no reason. He gave up the idea of adding it to their Facebook friends . Still have occasional friends and evoking memories with his ex-girlfriends from college through chat , but she , the only woman capable of destabilizing their quiet marriage, would be named as she looked like she wanted to be.
He returned to the room and woke his wife. "It's true that I've been away. I think I let the machine play with my imagination more than they should . But I have learned some and it´s that never let that illusion of closeness that conducive to those people who are away from each other, never more separate me of the I have at my side, what really is important.
